ixp specializes in services in the field of living lab user studies, affective computing, product evaluation and user experience (UX). The objective multimodal capture of user experience with AI-based detection methods is our central service promise. To this end, we apply a wide range of deep learning-based methods, including facial micro-expressions, pose estimation, facial thermal imaging, phonetic audio analysis, ExG-biosignals. Our work is characterised by a high methodological competence especially in the areas of digital health and human-technology interaction.
